This Refund and Return Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or returns may be provided for products and services purchased from Destiny Strategies.

Digital Products and Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, including online courses, mentoring programs, and downloadable resources, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

Events

Refunds for events are available only under the following circumstances:

  • The event is cancelled by Destiny Strategies
  • A technical issue occurs that prevents access or delivery of the event
  • If eligible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Physical Products (Books)
Refunds or replacements for physical products are available if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • The item is not delivered
