General Check in is from 3:00 pm and check out is by 12:00 noon.

Deposit $250 per person.
If you have paid a part deposit, payment of full deposit of $250 per person (non-refundable) is due by 1st July 2026.

How long does it take to get to Da Nang City, Vietnam?
Do I need a visa to go to Vietnam?
Yes. Australian passport holders must obtain a visa before traveling to Vietnam. The standard option is the Vietnam eVisa, which must be applied for online at least 2 weeks before your trip.

What will the weather be like in Da Nang?
Da Nang in August is warm and sunny, with a relaxed tropical atmosphere. Expect daytime temperatures of around 30–34°C, with cooling sea breezes, air-conditioned facilities, and warm water perfect for swimming. Occasional brief showers are common and often provide a welcome break from the heat.
What currency is used in Vietnam?
The local currency in Vietnam is the Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices are usually shown in thousands, which can look a little surprising at first—but you’ll get used to it quickly.For everyday purchases like meals, transport, and local shopping, it’s best to change some AUD to VND once you arrive. While some hotels and tourist businesses may accept US dollars, using Vietnamese Dong is easier and more convenient.
A Revolut travel card or similar contactless card works well for tapping in shops, cafés, and restaurants, so you don’t have to carry too much cash. ATMs and currency exchange services are widely available throughout Da Nang, making it easy to withdraw or exchange VND whenever you need.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we recommend you get travel insurance. Please ensure you allow enough time to do this before you depart.

General Release
I, the undersigned hereby agree to attend a “Destiny Strategies Event”. I am aware there are risks involved in travelling overseas.
I agree to accept all responsibility for any and all risks, including any sickness or injuries that may occur. My signing below hereby releases, acquits, forgives and discharges Destiny Strategies, Phillip Colley, Lorellee Colley, their staff, agents, volunteers and contractors from any and all actions, claims, demands, suits, agreements, judgements, liabilities and proceedings whether arising in equity or in law, arising from any comment, training, coaching any activities.
Filming/Recording release
I also authorise and agree to the right to be filmed or recorded and any editing of the same, including any related materials, including my voice, interview, performance or social media. Any film or recording may be used in whole or in part for any video, audio,
Photography or social media, which may be used by Destiny Strategies. This may be used at its sole discretion and may include promotional material.
No Financial Advice
I also understand “Destiny Strategies Events” and training is intended to provide general information only. Any content, comments, information, or examples used, do not constitute any specific advice, and any information given is only general in nature. Any educational resources relating to finance or business are used as examples only. I understand it is important for me to seek legal, accounting, financial and other third-party professional advice prior taking any actions or implementing any decisions I may make. Any decisions I make I do on my own undertaking.
Financial Agreement
In the event that any payments are not received by the due date, we will be given a 7-day grace period to make payments. After this time, you will be contacted for further action. If you fail to make full payment as agreed by us, you may remain responsible for the full payment whether or not you attend the event.
Any personal financial information you share with us will be used in compliance with our privacy policy. You also understand that our financial payment processing companies may have different privacy policies and terms than ours.
Cancellation
We understand that circumstances change. Should you need to cancel your registration we are happy for you to register for another retreat or transfer to another person using the payments already made.
We also reserve the right to cancel your position if we feel you are not the best fit for the event.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify any venue or any arrangements of events at any time. If a revision is required will provide maximum notice prior to any new changes taking effect.
