This is your registration confirmation that provides you with some initial information about the event. You will be updated on any additional information leading up to the event. Please read through the information in this pack carefully. You will also find some very useful resources included at the end of the pack to assist you in getting to the event!
This is going to be an amazing event and you get to go on an international holiday to beautiful Thailand! It is amazing how much more you learn when you are out of your normal environment, you are going to be with like-minded people and Advance in the more God has for you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- A Four Day Super Event - Starting Monday night with a meet and greet
- 3 nights (Mon, Tue, Wed) Accommodation at the 5 Star, Luxury Avani+ Khao Lak Resort, Thailand
- Meals - Breakfast, morning tea, lunch daily
- An afternoon Group Tour
- 3 days of Life Impacting, God glorifying, Life changing Advancement - 8.30am – 2.30pm each day

ACCOMMODATION
A Deluxe room has been booked for you if you haven’t requested a different room for your needs. This is at the stunning Avani+ Kha Lak Resort!
General Check in is from 3:00 pm and check out is by 12:00 noon.
A Deluxe room can cater for up to 2 adults only.
EXTRA NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION
Bookings for these nights are subject to availability.
MEALS
Meals provided at the event (Please note all other meals will be at your own expense):
Tuesday – Breakfast, morning tea and lunch
Wednesday – Breakfast, morning tea and lunch
Thursday – Breakfast, morning tea and lunch
PAYMENT
Deposit $200 per person.
Payment of full deposit of $200 per person (non-refundable) is due by 20th June.
If paying a deposit, final payment in full is due by 20th August 2024

The rate is based on 2 people sharing a hotel room.

There is a Single person room supplement cost available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Khao Lak is located approximately 75 minutes drive from Phuket. Phuket is approximately 9 hours flight from Sydney if you get direct flight, longer if your flight has a layover.
No, you don’t need a Visa to Enter into Thailand if your stay is under 30 days
Khao Lak, Thailand is a tropical location, temperatures expected would be 24-30 degrees with moderate humidity.
Thai Bhat is the currency used in Thailand.
The airport is in Phuket. The best way is to pre-book a transfer with a private driver. This costs approximately 1200bht (Thai baht) $60 AUD. The trip takes around 75 minutes.
Yes, we recommend you get travel insurance. Please ensure you allow enough time to do this before you depart.
Yes, you can. The resort has a free kids club. The room that is included in your twin share booking is for two only, so if you would like to bring additional family, please talk to us about rates and rooms.
